The homepage for Town of Love is not a particularly pleasing one. The author of the site has criticized 2013-14 NBA MVP, Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant for signing a $300 million dollar contract with Nike during this past off-season, instead of opting to go with Under Armour’s offer. He claims that God wantsNike “brought down,” and goes on to praise Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry for apparently honoring Jesus Christ by wearing Under Armour apparel.Should you want to discover the name of the man behind such a campaign, we will leave that in your hands. His name can be found in the various links throughout this piece, or by clicking right here. If this is his “Town of Love,” most people will probably settle for peaceful apathy. This world we live in is scary sometimes.
